LULIBOO’S RETURN POLICY
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Sometimes however a return is necessary. Understanding that returns are appropriate under certain circumstances, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:
- Because of the personal nature of our product, once it has been worn and washed, they are not returnable EXCEPT if the quality of the garment is not acceptable and you have cared for it as we have suggested in our CARE OF YOUR BRITCHES section.
- Original shipping charges are refundable if we determine that it is our quality control problem.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges for product return. If we determine that as above it is our problem, we will also refund your return charges. You will be refunded at the first class USPS rate. This will also include mistakes made by us on the requested size, model, or fabric.
- All requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receipt by the customer.
- No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems. We use sturdy boxes and pre-printed labels so there should be no damage. Check our LULIBOO’S SHIPPING POLICY for international and customs responsibility. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence only if it is sent Priority.
Refunds will be made by the same method that you used for payment. Expect 2-5 days for a refund in your account once we have determined the cause. You will be notified immediately once the refund has been made.
